Dear experts, when implementing the FI-TV functionality, several problems occured.

When creating a travel request in TRIP Travel manager or any other scenarios, the system displays an error which is the following "The trip cannot be saved or admitted for it is not connected with expenses"(message number 56287)... How can I solve the problem? Guess that all the Customizing settings are correct. 0017 infotype (Travel privileges) is complete.

Would appreciate any assistance!

I'm facing to a connection problem between Lumira SP17 and BW 7.01 (SP14): no BW query are displayed when I would like to create a dataset.

As it was indicated into a previous discussion, I've replaced (or deleted) all old copies of my saplogon.ini and SAPLOGON_INI_FILE environment is updated.

But unfortunately, connexion to my SAP BW system does not work. Moreover, if I use a non-existing user in Lumira, there is error message.

I've caught this error message:

No system nodes found on specified system types.No system nodes found on specified system types.

What could actions be performed to solve this issue ?

Hi,

On our SAP Portal, One of our user experiencing “Portal Run Time error :An exception…” when executing or during a navigation of the BW report in Portal.

Ex: Run time error happens if he tries to apply filter or error happened if he tries to change variable value or any navigation on the report.

I checked the System Logs and Traces in NWA for the user and found out there are quite a few failures either error or fatal against the user

Can you please check and see how to resolve the issue.

Any ideas when I preview the GR in MB90, the "print" button was disabled and grey?

I tested the printer in SPAD, it working well. I also change the user profile (default printer) to printer name or LOCL, but the "Print" button still disabled.

I have created One Page and under this Page I have created 4 Windows below is the layout of my first page...

1) Comapy LOGO (Need to print on every Page)

2) Compay HEADER details ( created Template for Address,Emal,DAte,Phone....) -->(Need to print only on FIRST Page)

3) Main Window (Created TABLE with MainArea -->Loop at ITEM table

                                                        Footer -->Totals of the ITEM data

4) Signature Window -->(Need to print after END OF MAIN WINDOW)

Now my ISSUE is only related to "Comapy HEADER" Window. If I select the event "Only on FIRST Page" then the "Compay HEADER" window will displayed only on FIRST page but on SECOND page the "Company HEADER" window space will be blank and after the the "Main Window" details will be printed.

I do not want the blank space on SECOND page the "Main Window" details should be printed immediately after "LOGO" window. I have not created SECOND PAGE. Is there any way to solve this without creating SECOND PAGE.

I assume it's a trivial question but I couldn't find the setup yet.

We have created 3 custom extensions with an object reference to the user account.

• Approval Subgroup
• Approval Corporate Functions
• Approval Executive Board

If we open the search functionality to pick a certain user, the standard query is shown.

Now I would like to add a custom query to each of the extensions we created.

Further information:

We added an extension field to the user account where we could maintain an approval value.

Now I would like to bring up all users belonging to a certain group due to the value maintained.

I will select the proper users for a group by using the value in a "between"-statement in my sql-query.

Hi!

One of our customers is using the SNC Client Encryption solution to ensure encryption using SNC (based on Kerberos Technology) for their SAP GUI Dialog connections. They have lots of SAP backends DEV, QAS, PRD all with the SNC Client Encryption SNC Lib installed. The profile parameter snc/identity/as contains the following value: p:CN=SAP/<ServiceAccount>@<DOMAIN>.

Example: p:CN=SAP/SNCServiceUser@CUSTOMERDOMAIN.LOCAL

The customer is using one AD Service Account "SNCServiceUser" with one registered SPN "SAP/SNCServiceUser" for all systems (yes, this is not recommended... but the case).

Important: All users use group entries in the SAP Logon (saplogin.ini). Means, for SAP logon the SNC name can not be manually configured on the SAP Front End. With group logons, the application server's SNC name is dynamically requested by the message server each time a SAP GUI connection is started. The SNC Name is greyed out in this case as dynamically obtained from the applications servers profile parameter snc/identity/as.

Now our customer implements SAP NetWeaver Single Sign-On 2.0 within his landscape. Based on the Secure Login Server 2.0 (SP3) he likes to use X.509 based authentication to his AS ABAP backends using SAP GUI SNC while others still use SNC Client Encryption.

Replacing the SNC Library on the AS ABAP

The Secure Login Library 2.0 (SP3) has been installed on one of the ABAP systems and the SNC Client Encryption SNC Library (which is based on SSO 1.0) is no longer used, thus we changed the parameter snc/gssapi_lib to point to the new SNC library. We removed the old PSE.ZIP containing the keytab and created the new SAPSNCSKERB.PSE incl. the keytab and proper credentials. To ensure parallel operation, we kept the snc/identity/as value as is =  p:CN=SAP/SNCServiceUser@CUSTOMERDOMAIN.LOCAL.

After restarting the system with initialized Secure Login Library 2.0, still the SNC client encryption works fine for existing users.

The problem

We created on the Secure Login Server an SNC certificate for the AS ABAP which has the following X.509 Distinguised Name Fomat: CN=SAP/SNCServiceUser@CUSTOMERDOMAIN.LOCAL This is to avoid having to change the snc/identity/as to an "real" X.509 DN which would lead to non-working SNC Client Encryption for all the other users using SAP GUI and logon groups.

As soon as we install the PSE via STRUST on the system the SNC Client Encryption solution stops working with error „Server refuses kerberos key exchange“.

As part of an pilot implementation we have installed Secure Login Client 2.0 (SP3) on some test PCs. The test PC with SLC is able to perform Single Sign-On with SNC based on X.509 (incl. Encryption) to the ABAP system.

Seems the SAP System now only tries to do X.509 based authentication thus key exchange fails. The problem is, we cannot change the snc/identity/as value because of the logon groups. If we were able to do so, we would in any case set the server identity to X.509 DN and in addition create the SAPSNCSKERB.PSE incl. keytab. This should work, as confirmed by SAP see this post.  

Any ideas how to solve this and have both solutions in parallel?

We have a requirement to calculate the variable pay of an employee. Variable pay is certain percentage (for example 4%)of the basic every month is deducted and accumulated in a wage type. From the employee joining dated - sixth month he is eligible to get the variable pay. The payment continues every six month. For example employee joined in Jan - the payment would be in June, if he joins in Feb - July; March - August.

We have written a PCR to cumulate the value every month in a wage type and couldnot able to pick the date of joining (DOJ) and calculate the six month, kindly extend your support in resolving our issue.

I am having requirement of configuring maternity leave. I have read many post in SCN about Maternity leave but unfortunately did not found any exact way of configuring Maternity Leave.

Employee will apply maternity leave via portal. In many posts IT0080 with MASEX feature is suggested to use but MASEX does not work on portal. Also many suggested through QUOMO feature(T559l) but Maternity leave does not have any quota, so we cant use this also.

Can anyone can describe the correct steps we need to take to fulfill this requirement.

We have a Windows AD DS on Windows Server 2012 Standard which is the Primary Domain Controller.

We have 2 identical servers connected to a Storage Area Network both of these systems are also running Windows Server 2012 Standard.

On the SAN we have created 3 Virtual Machines for DEV/QAS/PRD.

Failover Clustering and Hyper V roles are activated on both of these servers. If one of these identical servers goes down (hardware fault), the Virtual Machines would be available thru second identical server and vice versa.

Question:

Can I install A Central Instance of SAP ECC 6 on the physical server which is already running active directory / domain controller services?

This Instance would serve as my SANDBOX instance.

I am new to ABAP. I know the importance and creation of singleton class. I have created one singleton class with one public  member  num1 and executed successfully.

Now in the report i have the following code

REPORT  zsingleton_cl.

DATA: lo_obj TYPE REF TO zsingleton.

lo_obj =  zsingleton=>get_instance_of( ).

IF lo_obj IS BOUND.

         WRITE 'object bound'.

  else.

          WRITE'object not bounded'.

ENDIF.

WRITE lo_obj->num1.

In report i am able to get the reference of the singleton class object and can access methods defined in the singleton class, but unable to access public attribute that is num1 of singleton class in report using the object of that class , in the last line above shown.

Is there any restriction in accessing public attributes of singleton class in report by its object, or is there any way to access public members of singleton class by its object except accessing attributed within the methods of that class.
