Webi - How to use group by function and to make data distinct in that column
Hi Everyone
I'm a begginer in BO and i'm experiencing problems when trying to create a webi report that shows different courses, how many males and females in a course, their race and how many people attended each course. My challenge comes in wen i try to group by distinct courses:
For Example
Course name Gender Race Attendees
BEXX11 Female Coloured 2
BEXX11 Male African 1
C3 Male Indian 2
F3 Female White 1
BEXX11 Female Indian 3
C3 Female Indian 4
Course name Gender Race Attendees

SQL server error log alerts from solman: G:No errors
Hi all,
We have got monitoring in place for several customers.in our Solution Manager 7.1 SP10
For our customers who have got SQLserver databasse running, we are receiving emails that there are errors in the error log of SQLserver for those customers.
When I look at the alert, it shows the following:
alert text value : G:No errors
In the error log of the SQLserver database, there are no errors to be found.
If there are no errors, why is solman reporting that there are errors?
Is it because the text :"G:No errors" contains the word "errors" , and is that the reason that this is happening?
If anyone knows why this is happening, and how to solve this, please let us know.
When I confirm the alert, another email will be in our email inbox after about 30 minutes.

Snif Program not showing active Implicit Enhancements
Hi Experts,
I am using standard program named SNIF to find the active implicit enhancements used in the T-code F-28. I do have certain active
Implicit enhancements which are currently being used in the T-code F-28, but they are not being displayed in SNIF output.
P.S.:- Please don't post the way to find enhancements and BAdI or the way to implement them as I am quite aware of them.

Valuated SIT: Batch related error
Hi Experts
We use valuated SIT functionality.
The material moved is non-batch managed in supplying plant and it is batch managed in receiving plant.
Due to this, when attempted to do PGI, getting the error "Enter Batch" (Message M7 018).
This error received due to the reason that during PGI, along with movement 683, movement 107 to get posted for placing in blocked stock.
Please sugges if any solution for this

Recording Problems With PA40...
i am writing a bdc for Pa40 transaction.
my requirement is i need to click the assignment push button which comes in the third screen and to change the enddate in the sub screen which gets displayed once i click the push button.
I wrote one BDC program for it when i execute pa40 in batch mode through the program.
the assignment push button is not getting displayed.
however it is getting displayed in online(manual enty through transaction).
the version of sap i am working on is 4.6C. Do i need to look for a Bapi?
it would be helpful to me if anyone worked on it earlier can guide me.

Schedule Transport remains in import running state
Hello All,
We have been trying to import transport with the scheduling transport for night and when we checked in morning the transport was still running in import running state. I checked the import monitor and tp was running without error and Slogs were updating. I deleted the transport from import monitor and killed tp.exe process on both CI and 2 AS. Now i tried to import it manually it was imported successfully.
But again we schedule the new transport and it is still showing import running state. Can you please share your experience and help me in correcting.
NOTE: I have recently done kernel patching. But i don't think that would be any problem because transports are importing manually without any problem.

Unable to pass non-time parameter in Dashboard
Hi,guru:
I'm woking on building a Dashboard from Query as a Web Service, which comes from the universe directly based on SAP BW query, If i hvae just one parameter such as Calendar Month or Calendar Year, I can see the result restricted by my input parameter, but when I add a parameter which based on Non-Time characteristic such as 0COMP_CODE, after input the needed value such as 1000, I will get nothing but a message "no data to fetch".
My Dashboard version is BI 4.0 SP4, and my BW version is SAP BW 730 SP0007.

SQL message: transaction rolled back by lock wait timeout; SQL 131
Hi,
There is a table which already has about 77 lakh records. The modify on it gives the following error.
SQL error "SQL code: 131" occurred while accessing table "/PSMP/D_UACTID".
(runtime error DBSQL_SQL_ERROR)
(SQL statement:MODIFY /psmp/d_uactid FROM TABLE lt_uactid.)
Did anyone face this kind of an issue. If yes, kindly share the learning.

Fixed Asset Item transferred from one location to another
Hi
Can anyone explain this? The Z Tcode is used when the Cost Centre was changed (this form is used when the Fixed Asset Item was transferred from one location to another => in our system the location of FA is indicated by Cost Centre).
I tried the above process by two diff methods.
- Changing cost centre in AS02.
- Running ABUMN and changing cost centre
But I was unable to get result. Can someone explain me where I m going wrong?

RG1 Updation
Dear Experts,
While updating the RG1 register for finished goods, i am getting an error "Processing over for 0 records".
I have maintained all master data in J1ID (Chapter id, material chapter id combination,CENVAT ) and the relevant movement type is also assigned to the RG1 register.
3 Material documents with 601 movement type is not updating. Such that closing balance is not matching with the current stock (MB5B).

Tcode creation date, last changed date & user
Hi Experts,
I am having a requirement to list all Z tcodes with its creation date, last changed date and last changed by user name. I had been searching a bit, but no replies in forums yet.
I have got the created by user from TADIR table. But neither TADIR, not TSTC carries this data. Please let me know if this is possible.

What I try so far ...
1. I create a Software-Component with dependencies to ENGFACADE, ENGINEAPI, FRAMEWORK, SAPMECORE, SAP_BUILDT, WSRM.
2. I create a Java EE Web Module type DC in the SC use the following JSF settings:
a. Use JSF: (checked)
b. JSF Version: 1.2
c. Use SAP Component Libraries for JSF: (checked)
3. I remove the following lines in web.xml

Migration utility in BPC 10.0
Hello Experts,
We are using BPC 7.5 M sp04 and are planning to upgrade to BPC 10.0, I have gone through migration guide and it says that we need to migrate the environment (with Server Manager- Migrate Environment) after restoring 7.5 backup on 10.0.
My question is whether the Reports/Templates build in 7.5 EVDRE will also be migrated as part of this migration utility run or we need to run some other migration/process for that.

Old values are getting assigned on pressing enter in module pool

I have created a module pool. The issue is when i enter some value on the screen and press enter the values stays there. But if i change the values of the fields and again press enter then the old values are getting assigned back to the field.What can i do to fix this issue?
